Ofsted

Glynne is a good school.

We were delighted with the outcome of our last Ofsted inspection. Ofsted praised the quality of teaching, the progress and attainment of our children, standards of behaviour, our high quality curriculum and effective leadership and management.

‘The teaching observed during the inspection was consistently good, and some was outstanding.’

‘Teachers make very good links across different subjects so that pupils are excited by what they are learning.’

‘Pupils make good progress in lessons.’

‘The teaching of disabled pupils and those who have special educational needs is good, in an atmosphere where they are valued.’

‘The school is a happy, harmonious community where pupils say they feel safe.’
